Once upon a time, a Cougar Mountain Peanut Butter cookie decided it had had enough of the cold Pacific Northwest winter.  So, it went on vacation to Hawaii and really liked the weather and the local agricultural scene.

While in the islands, it found a friend in another tree nut.  Macadamia was its name and when they got together they realized the potential of what now seems like a natural combination, peanut-y flavor with the supreme buttery-ness of macadamias.

  Upon returning to the Northwest, invigorated, the cookie let us know that we should try out this new, strange, but wonderful combination on our faithful Flavor of the Month customers.
