COUGAR MOUNTAIN INTRODUCES DOUBLE CHOCOLATE OREGON HAZELNUT VARIETY
Seattle, WA - September 15, 2011 – Cougar Mountain Baking Co., a regional producer of gourmet, all-natural cookies and cookie dough, has announced the addition of a new variety to their 10 oz. Boxed Cookie line: WILLAMETTE VALLEY
When asked about the reason for adding this new variety, CMBC President David Saulnier said, "We have long wanted to share the bounty of our neighbor to the south, Oregon State, with our cookie customers. By partnering with small family-owned farms in the Willamette Valley, we feel we have created another delicious, unique variety to further separate ourselves from our competition. Furthermore we're voting with our dollars to support local, sustainable farming". Cougar Mountain Baking Company was founded in Seattle in 1988 and has been focused on making the best, all-natural cookie products ever since.
