While we intend to keep making our traditional varieties, we’ve heard from many people who want or need plant-based options but don’t want to forsake Cougar Mountain quality. We’ve answered the call with these Vegan Chocolate Chip cookies which have already become one of our favorites!
We feel we've been able to create a cookie that tastes really good, is chewy & crunchy, and, dare we say, "butter-y". In blind taste-testing here, no one thought it didn't have butter.
Each of our 10 oz boxed cookie packages contains 8 cookies, packaged in two plastic wrapped 4-packs. Each cookie weighs approximately 1.25 oz and is about 3.25" in diameter.
100% PLANT-BASED INGREDIENTS:
Unbleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), brown sugar, sugar, palm oil, canola oil, water, potato starch (potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), cellulose gum, modified cellulose), sea salt, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda.
Produced on equipment that also processes milk, eggs, peanuts & tree nuts.
